A roomy, flexible film/photography studio, podcast studio, and event space that can be tailored to suit your needs. Rental includes access to studio lighting, sound system, sets, and furniture in the space. We can move things around to accommodate your needs. Photography/Film Studio: A large open space featuring a twenty foot wide cyclorama with ceiling mounted RGB lighting, Reflecting Pool, Custom Sets, backdrops in various colours (custom colours also available), television flats and jacks that can be easily reconfigured and repainted to suit your needs, green screen for chromakey, and many props to dress your set. Some custom sets: - 20' White Cyclorama with RGB Lighting - Reflecting Pool - Parisian Cafe Set - Regal Green and Gold Set - Flower Wall - City Backdrop Set - Classic Arches Set Event Space: A 100 seat capacity theatre space (150 capacity standing room) with a modular, 16ft wide stage that can be arranged in multiple configurations from runways to concert set-ups. Featuring a 15ft, 4K projector screen suitable for film screenings and use as a backdrop for live performances or presentations. Podcast Studio: A sleek, professional setting with multiple seating options, microphones, and a multi-cam set-up. Add your logo to the screen and your own custom graphic inserts to give the show your own personal touch. Camera switching is done live with no editing required. Your episode is ready to be uploaded the moment the recording is over.
