Event space available for rent is 6,560 sf (138x50) plus kitchenette and 4 bathrooms. Extra space available upon request such as meeting/green room or back stage area on second level up to 800sf for additional cost. For medium/large crews for filming or photo shoots, movie screenings, special events, private parties, meetings, conferences, seminars, art shows, fashion shows and other activities: 4 hour minimum for Friday, Sat, Sunday. Multi-use space has 21 feet high industrial arched ceilings with exposed wood beams, 11' and 18' high white walls, and concrete floors.
