This Iconic Little 5 Points 1920’s apartment building was lovingly restored during a year-long full scale historic preservation rehab. Each apartment features a king size bed, full executive office with a full size sofa bed and unique decor and finishes. Paired with the original millwork, heart pine floors and loads of windows, each apartment marries the perfectly aged with a busy modern lifestyle. A quick walk across the streets grabs you coffee from Aurora Cafe, or 3 doors down get’s you loads of healthy goodies from the local natural food market.
