About the Space
1774 Farmhouse nestled up against the Appalachian Trail within a forest preserve right on the Dutchess/Putnam line. Enjoy a walk around and the use of the entirety of the 100 acres. We also have a stream and a small mountain pond with a small, natural waterfall. Ducks and chickens in the back. There are several old wood roads - some maintained and some wild. Great wedding spot for a tent and pictures. An old church from 1865 with cemetery is also available on our compound and can be found on a separate post.
