1774 Farmhouse nestled up against the Appalachian Trail on the Dutchess/Putnam border. A few acres of wooded forest land, trails, wood paths. We also have a stream with a small, natural waterfall. Ducks and chickens in the back. There are several old wood roads - some maintained and some wild.
