Dairy goat and draft horse farm located within the DMV (DC MD VA) Metro area. We are 20 miles from the district line but would never know it being on the property. There are natural springs and small waterfall that flows into a creek which feeds into a near by lake/water reservoir. 1/3 of property is wooded while the rest hay fields and buildings. 2 employee rough hewn cabins along with the main 2 story brick farm house typical of the east coast. Buildings house the dairy milking and cheese plant along with the livestock barns. On property are 14 draft horses, ~200 dairy goats, ~50 chickens, 20+ guinea fowl, 12 dogs and usually 10 cats.
