This family home is perfect for your next shoot! Drive up to a suburban home complete with white picket fence and of course because we are in Southern California a large palm tree in the front yard! This home is located on a large lot in beautiful Orange County. The home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Currently, there is a home office and kids room. The house has dark wood flooring throughout. Kitchen and dinning area have light tiled flooring and fireplace has marble with a mantle. Kitchen has colored wood cabinets and a wet bar/China cabinet built in. The backyard is built for entertainment. A large paver patio and cover, a kids paradise with a large playground with sandpit!! Plus a large grassy area for running and playing. Along the edges are lush fruit trees and landscaping. Also a fire pit lounge area. Perfect for your next shoot or childrens event.
