Spacious Living Room complete with elaborate displays and a Baby Grand Piano. Fully functioning Kitchen for minor food preparation and Bar Set-Up. Photos & Video Shoots and even a Ballroom and Costume Shop. Greek-Style Swimming pool ( Totally Private ) and Koi Pond with waterfall.

  • Anyone wanting to rent our costumes for their shoot must make these arrangements in advance.
  • Limited Street parking. No outside Music, we are in a Residential area.
  • No Smoking of any kind. Outside catering is allowed but vehicles must park at nearby Golf Course after unloading!
  • No illegal drugs on premises! Normally, no pets!
  • There will always be one of us at a minimum monitoring the use. Certain areas may not be available if not requested.
