With 18-foot ceilings, exposed brick walls, lush sculptural plants, abundant natural light, and thoughtfully curated new and vintage furniture, this industrial loft—formerly a lumber mill—offers a striking and inspiring setting for creative work. A dramatic three-story steel industrial staircase anchors the space, adding architectural interest and a bold backdrop for photo and video shoots. Designed as a semi-private studio, the space caters to photographers, dancers, videographers, and all kinds of creatives. Rentals include access to the ground floor, with the option to add the second floor for an additional fee. The owner will be on-site during all bookings, staying on the third floor (completely separate from the rental areas and out of sight), accompanied by her small dog. Access 🔒 Ground floor access only. Top floor is reserved for the host's private residence. Access to the stairs and second floor can be purchased hourly for a fee upon request.
