About the Space

Hi there, You will be experiencing a luxurious and trendy 2000 sq ft space located in the heart of downtown Toronto, just steps from Ossington Station. Our space is designed to support all types of creative work and events. Snack shelfs, Clothing, or any items you’d like removed for your booking can be taken out by our team before your event begins. The space also includes a curated selection of furniture to create a warm, cozy atmosphere within a luxury setting. The venue is suitable for a wide range of uses including (but not limited to): birthday parties, engagements, photoshoots, yoga sessions, podcasts, music videos, wedding parties, and creative productions. Space Features • Ample natural light • 12’ high ceilings • Free high-speed WiFi • Bluetooth speaker connection • Air conditioning & heating • Additional props (accent chairs, plants, etc.) • Full-length mirrors • Full kitchen • 2 65” TVs • Private bathrooms • Close to shops, food, and hair/beauty services, central downtown Overtime will be billed in 30-minute increments at 1.5× the hourly rate. The space must be fully vacated and all brought-in items removed by the end of your booking. Cleaning & Damages A cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate. Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition it was found. Please remove all personal items, equipment, and rentals within your booked time. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items may be used on walls. Any tape must be fully removed. Any damages to walls, floors, or furniture will be charged to the card on file with Giggster. Please notify us in advance if you plan to move furniture to suit your event needs. All items must be returned to their original placement.
