Welcome to HAYVN Coworking! Experience a productive and inspiring workday at HAYVN, a bright, community-focused coworking space designed for you. The Pear Tree Room is a warm and inviting space designed to feel like your own living room, perfect for intimate meetings, creative sessions, or small gatherings. This cozy room seats up to 12 guests and is conveniently located near adjacent rooms and open spaces for seamless flow during larger events. This space includes: - HD flat screen TV, - Strong Wi-Fi and video conferencing (OWL or Logitech) - Whiteboard for brainstorming and presentations - Complimentary coffee, tea, and water - On-site Community Manager support - Catering partners available - Free parking - Evening and weekend availability (additional staffing fees may apply for events over 20 attendees or off-hours) Available weekdays 9 AM – 5 PM ($75/hr). Evening and weekend bookings available upon request ($100/hr + applicable fees). A $25 non-refundable scheduling fee applies.
