The location has 20,000 sq ft of athletic training space comprising 2 hardwood basketball/volleyball courts (with three pickleball courts), a collegiate weight training space and 35 yards of turf. The space also features 2 baseball pitching tunnels for team trainings in baseball, football, soccer, lacrosse and other turf sports. The space features a board room and mezzanine that overseas the space. The space is ideal for personal trainers looking for wide open spaces to train adults during the day. The weight room is open, fully equipped and allows for a variety of different styles of training for private and semi-private training sessions. The space has hosted receptions and trade shows up to 200 attendees including a day long trade show for a local business and an annual banquet for local charities.
