About the Space
European vintage at its finest. This old world oasis is almost 1000 sq ft, with a mix of French, Moroccan, and vintage decor. Wainscotting panels cover the entire perimeter of the space, and big, bright windows give an airy, expansive feel. Ideal for portrait, headshot, product photography, initimate lifestyle, podcast recordings, or small production shoots. There is an atrium/breakfast nook, large bright kitchen and living area, bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, which has an LED framed mirror. Includes a classy office section with plaid wallpaper and a white column. The space is west facing and gets lots of natural light. The building has an elevator and plenty of parking in the lot, or free street parking. Looking to book for a full day? Message us for special day rates. Capacity is 4 guests in the space at one time. If you would like to have more than 4 guests, I can accommodate, however there is an additional charge per guest. Message me for more details.

I had a fantastic stay at Fiona’s space! From the very beginning, communication was excellent — she was responsive, thoughtful, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. The space itself is absolutely beautiful, filled with an abundance of natural light that made it feel so warm and inviting. It was the perfect environment to relax and feel at home. Highly recommend!
