About the Space

This flexible production studio in Midtown Manhattan is designed to support filming, interviews, content creation, and live or recorded productions. This listing includes full access to the entire studio and office space. The studio is well suited for on-camera interviews, branded content, editorial shoots, webinars, remote recordings, and productions requiring space for larger crews or guest groups. It can also function as a production workspace, with desks available that can be repositioned or cleared as needed. The layout is divided into three dedicated studio spaces, along with a kitchen and general-use areas, allowing for multiple setups, talent holding, or simultaneous workflows. Studio Layout: • Studio One: 20 ft × 33 ft • Studio Two: 20 ft × 20 ft • Studio Three: 12 ft × 23 ft • Kitchen and additional filming / staging areas Total footprint: approximately 2,250 sq ft The studios are acoustically treated and include overhead lighting grids, professional studio lighting, and high-speed fiber internet. Lighting conditions can be fully controlled throughout the space. Furniture and layouts can be adjusted depending on the production requirements. The office includes two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a coffee area, making it suitable for full-day productions, client sessions, and crew support. This full studio rental is ideal for productions that require multiple shooting areas, space for talent holding, hair and makeup, or equipment staging. Individual studios are also available under separate listings if a smaller footprint is required. As a fully equipped studio, we can crew your shoot and provide additional equipment as needed, including and more: • Sony FX6 cameras • Prime and zoom lenses • Sachtler tripods • Prompter People 17-inch teleprompter • Boom microphones, lavaliers, and audio mixer • Additional lighting • Production crew Please note: This is not a fully isolated sound stage. As with any location in New York City, occasional ambient noise such as distant sirens or street activity may be present. The studios have been designed to minimise external sound as much as possible. Three studios are fitted with window sound plugs, while the main studio uses heavy sound blankets and thick curtains. Acoustic panels are suspended from the ceiling throughout to improve sound control and overall recording quality. In colder months, there may be occasional radiator noise. The space is well controlled for interviews, podcasts, and broadcast work, but a completely silent environment cannot be guaranteed.
