About the Space
Enormous open floorplan Studio! Located in the heart of SoHo and flooded with soft, indirect light, this chic and enormous, recently renovated photographer's studio boasts huge amounts of space, a chef's kitchen and a cozy sleeping loft. This rental also comes fully equipped with photographic equipment: pro-foto lights, stands, tripods, vflats (full equipment list is available upon request.) Also onsight is a large bathroom with soaking tub, white porcelain amenities, and Carrera marble floors. This quiet studio/living space boasts 12.5' ceilings, neutral gray floors and white walls. This space can be used for shooting, both video and still. As an event space, the large, open floorplan is perfect for cocktail gatherings, lectures, business meetings, presentations or talkbacks. In true studio fashion, this space is highly customizable for whatever your needs may be. The serenity of this space, mixed with its proximity to everything and anything in the heart of Soho. Easily accessible by subway, car, or bus.

Josh and his team were so friendly and accommodating - it was an effortless experience renting the loft from them! The loft is a great space for a photo & video shoot. It gets excellent natural lighting + is practically sound-proof. Josh also has rugs + furniture + extra shooting equipment that we were able to borrow which was so helpful. Will rent again if we have an event or shoot in SoHo!
