You will love this home the second you walk through the front door! Lots of windows to let in the natural light. The island kitchen & large dining area overlook the patio & huge backyard. Large master bedroom w/walk-in closet. Spacious secondary bedrooms. This home was equipped w/ cable, internet & A/C. House Rules Guests will be required to read the House Rules and sign the rental agreement. Security Deposit A refundable $250 security deposit is required for each booking, as stated under the House Rules. This is separate from the booking payment. Booking this property implies your agreement to pay the deposit and honor the House Rules. No deposit means no entry. Pet Policy We welcome well-behaved pets and charge a small additional fee of $25 per pet, to cover cleaning costs.
