PLEASE NOTE:
Only the mid level of the house is included in the basic price (living room, dining room, tea room, balcony, kitchen, black bathroom and outdoors).
ADDITIONAL FEES: (add-ons)
All bedrooms are additional.
$190 to use the lower apartment (with parrot/jungle wallpaper, black and white striped bedroom), upon availability.
$170 to use the Jungle Nana bedroom (with banana leaf wallpaper), upon availability.
$150 to use the Sweet Flamingo bedroom (with flamingo wallpaper), upon availability.
$140 to use the Dreamy Blue bedroom (with blue and white striped wallpaper), upon availability.
There is a location manager fee ($25/h) for shoots of 7 people and over.
There is an extra fee of $50/h for shoots after 8pm.

Accessing the space requires going up a set of stairs. Access to garden is off limits.
