This listing is for 1) outside, OR 2) the huge, elegant dining room with towering ceilings, gorgeous moldings, chandelier medallions, and fine art. Four enormous Victorian windows provide abundant natural light. Stylish dining table and 20 chairs. Several couches and long coffee table. Please see photos that are close ups of individual art pieces. This art can be used / filmed with no licensing fee. I do not own license to the other art shown in photos. Furniture does sometimes change. If you are relying on the exact furniture shown, please inquire in advance.
