About the Space

The Venue is 4800 sq.ft., Elegant and Classy event space, recently renovated and features four spaces: the Ballroom, the Rooftop, the Game Room and the Bridal Room. After a complete renovation in 2021, the space features exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, and professional lighting throughout. The venue opens right onto one of the main streets and is an easy walk from the UNC campus. It’s perfect for university events. Or if you just want to be close to all the action. The venue is available for all types of Events, Meetings and Photoshoots/ Film shoots. Note: Rates may vary for bookings during Prime time, Weekends or Holidays.
