Eclectic ranch home with rural feel in the burbs featuring a unique, one-of-a-kind elevator that's been converted into a pool bar. The large salt water pool features an infinity edge, huge baja shelf, inset spa, colored lighting, water fountains, and wrap around deck. The home is a 4 bed, 2 bath single story house with double sided fireplace, open concept and huge windows. Modern white open kitchen and dining area with exposed beams and small breakfast nook overlooking courtyard. Resort style backyard oasis with custom pergola and lush potted plants, 20x40 pool, RV pad, mixed texture greenhouse and yellow chicken coop, manicured yard in addition to natural grove landscape. Completely fenced front courtyard with plants and picnic tables. Outside the courtyard is a circular drive surrounded by manicured desert landscape full of giant blue agave succulents.
