Modern white open kitchen and dining area with exposed beams and small breakfast nook overlooking courtyard. Resort style backyard oasis with custom pergola and lush potted plants, 20x40 pool, RV pad, mixed texture greenhouse and yellow chicken coop, manicured yard in addition to natural grove landscape. Completely fenced front courtyard with plants and picnic tables. Outside the courtyard is a circular drive surrounded by manicured desert landscape full of giant blue agave succulents.
