About the Space

Our 1898 home is 5-10 minutes from downtown Denver. Our block is mostly single-family homes. It has many mature trees and a tree lawn next to the street I call the hell strip. I have no grass in the tree lawn instead have an overgrown wildflower garden. There is no front yard to our home. Parking is available on our block.
