About the Space

Our welcoming abode is exceptionally film-friendly and has previously served as the backdrop for numerous projects. Following our recent renovation, which added 1000 sqft, a refreshing pool, and an inviting outdoor entertainment area, our space has become even more alluring. With a plethora of unique and captivating fixtures, it promises to be a captivating location for both commercial shoots and photoshoots. Inside the main house, you'll discover a spacious Living Room, a cozy Family Room, a well-equipped Chef's Kitchen, three elegant bathrooms, and four comfortable bedrooms. Furthermore, the separate back house boasts an additional bathroom and a versatile layout that can be transformed into a studio, a charming pool house, or an extra bedroom, complete with a convenient built-in Murphy Bed. Located within walking distance of Echo Park's vibrant scene, you'll find an array of dining options, including Mohawk Bend, Taix, Chipotle, Bar Bandini, Tuff, The Habit, Cosmic Vinyl, and more. Ample street parking is available, and we recommend exploring nearby parking lots, such as The Dream Center or Angelus Temple, for your convenience. We kindly request that you take extreme care when using the front and back yards, which are adorned with artificial turf. To maintain its pristine condition, please refrain from placing hot objects directly on the turf. We also ask that you provide your own restrooms for crews over 20 people, this home is on a septic system and cannot support large crews using the restrooms for extended periods of time.
