Key features include soaring high ceilings, a DJ booth with basic sound equipment (bring your own DJ welcome), karaoke, and a large wall-to-wall projector screen for movies, presentations, or branded visuals. The vibe is moody and cinematic, great for nightlife scenes, interviews, and intimate party setups. Access & logistics: The venue is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible by interior stairs only (no elevator). Street parking is available nearby; truck parking is typically on the street (permits may be required). Please message in advance for vendor deliveries, equipment load-in, and any special setup needs. Food & beverage: Full bar service is available on-site. Japanese catering is available from the downstairs kitchen (same owner). Outside alcohol is not permitted. Capacity: Up to ~140 guests depending on layout.
