So what are you waiting for? Book your shoot today and start creating! ADDITIONAL RULES: PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES: No glitter, confetti or paint can be used. No smoking is allowed inside the property. The use or involvement of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property and may result in law enforcement participation. OVERTIME: All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down time, so please include that in your reservation. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. SITE VISITS/LOCATION SCOUTS: We're happy to accommodate initial location scouts provided the rate and hourly minimum are met for the reservation date. We'll only accommodate (1) scout prior to a booking reservation being made. Additional Tech/Director Scouts will only be permitted once the booking has been accepted. All scouts are subject to availability, and we will not accommodate scouts during other guest’s reservations/productions. PARKING & LOADING: There is ample street parking available. Loading can be done through the front of the home before moving the loading vehicle to the street. The community is gated, and the gate code will be provided to the renter after the booking reservation is confirmed. CLEANING & DAMAGES: The cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. If the space is not in the same condition as it was when rented, the renter will be charged a $150 cleaning fee. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take good care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Accessories and furniture can be rearranged to fit your needs. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, ect) will be billed to the credit card on file. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings.
