The home is a classic 1920 Cape Cod Brick facade with gray shutters and is surrounded by an acre of yard and wooded dunes. The location could easily be Cape Cod, but at a fraction of the cost. It is a family house, a classic design, with a feeling of comfort and warmth. It features hardwood floors throughout, has a wood-burning fireplace with original mantle, and original mahogany doors and hardware. Think “It’s a Wonderful Life.” There is an outside front porch for reading and talking - and deer traversing through the back yard every day.
