Carefully crafted to host and entertain groups this property spans over 3,000 square feet, including the rooftop terrace! Large open spaces and a HUGE kitchen make this ideal for a dinner parties and gatherings. The layout consists of one bedroom on the 1st floor, the 2nd floor is all common space with living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and patio with grill. Seating comfortably for 15 people on bar stools. The third floor consists of two additional bedrooms and access to the 4th floor rooftop terrace. Seating comfortably for 16 people!
