Frequently called the best rooftop view in the city, this 8,000 sq. ft. rooftop sits atop a historic six-story, 50,000 sq. ft. building dating back to the early 1900s, once a musical instrument factory. The space offers sweeping 360° views of Downtown LA, USC, and historic South LA—perfect for films, commercials, music videos, and high-end photo shoots. I love this place! I didn't book this place for the rooftop (but I did use it). I liked the freight elevator and stairs. When we got there, they were doing construction in a few of the rooms and Andrew said we could use anything we wanted. I got a lot more than I expected. Andrew was really nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

Andrew was an outstanding host with excellent communication. The rooftop was the perfect location for my film. Would highly recommend this location to any filmmaker.

Andrew was a legend with communication. Super fast responses, forwarding info on parking, unloading etc upfront before I even had to ask. Super nice guy too. The location is hard to beat if you're looking for DTLA skyline, second to none. Really expansive too, heaps of room. Would def come back, great spot!
