About the Space
A newly renovated and designed Venice bungalow with beautiful backyard dining and fire pit is available for all of your production. photoshoots, filming, and Instagram. The backyard is the gem of the property. This beautiful backyard features overflowing bougainvilleas, a fire pit with seating, a 12 person dining area, a two-floor deck, a cement patio area with lounge chairs and a cocktail table, and a garden, treehouse/Playhouse. There is direct access to the backyard without using the house. The charcoal exterior of the home is great for pictures and shoots. The whole home is available for use. It has a kitchen, living room, two bathrooms, two bedrooms. Suitable for 20 guests.

Meg's place is so picturesque! It was exactly what we I needed for my photo shoot. Meg was so attentive and helpful, making sure that we had what we needed and even brought out toys for the kids to play with during downtime. I highly recommend her place, and will definitely be using it again.

What a great find! This house was beautiful, clean, clutter free and in a safe quiet neighborhood. The host was very chill and accommodating and the house had so many cool spots to great some really unique shots. I am thrilled with the overall experience and will def use this location again!
