About the Space

A bright, design-forward 1,300 sq ft wellness studio in the heart of La Jolla, with warm stained concrete floors, painted white brick walls, a custom cedar slat accent wall, and large operable front windows that fold open to the street. The space comfortably holds up to 30 people for yoga, pilates, or events and flexes for workshops, classes, and content shoots. What works well here: Most of our regular use is wellness and movement, but the space was designed to flex across formats. The operable storefront windows bring in strong natural light and street-side energy — especially good for content shoots, intimate workshops, and events that benefit from a cafe-adjacent feel. The front of the studio features a wood-stained reception counter beneath a wall of operable wood-framed windows that fold open to the street — pulling in natural light and creating an airy connection to the sidewalk cafe scene outside. Entry is through a separate front door alongside the windows. The main floor is one clean open span — mats in rows for a class, circle setup for group work, or fully cleared for movement, shoots, or events. Pink-tiled bathroom on site. Weekends are reserved for our own programming. Setup, teardown, and cleanup happen within your booked window — please plan accordingly. House rules: no catered food, no alcohol, no smoking. Quiet, calm environment. Music welcome at reasonable levels — neighbors include cafes and small businesses, so please be mindful when the front windows are open. One interior security camera for safety. No on-site Wi-Fi — please plan if your booking requires connectivity. Street parking is free; plan a few extra minutes during peak La Jolla hours.
