Located on Vashon Island just a short ferry ride from the city, our property offers a diverse range of backdrops for film productions, editorial photography, and intimate gatherings. The Spaces: The Barn: A modern-industrial take on a classic structure, featuring a full kitchen and a stunning community table. Perfect for indoor scenes or a sophisticated basecamp. The Foliage Folly: A unique "living spiral" path that provides a one-of-a-kind visual centerpiece for portraits and cinematography. Meadows & Forest: Wander through curated gardens that transition seamlessly into towering evergreens and winding woodland trails. The Sauna: A traditional cedar sauna available as an add-on—ideal for wellness shoots or crew relaxation. Location Logistics: Ferry: We recommend boarding a ferry that arrives at least 45 minutes before your booking start time to ensure a prompt kickoff. Open Flames: Fire pits and candles are generally prohibited due to safety, but may be discussed on a case-by-case basis if no King County Burn Ban is in effect.
