Horror/western movie perfect location!!! Isolated desert rustic wood cabin with well maintained dirt road 800 feet from paved main road. Old gold mine located on a 5 acres isolated from neighbors/city. Very quiet (you can hear a pin dropped) . The rustic wood cabin is approx 200 sqft. I’ve started to add drywalls to the interior but left the rustic wood exterior intact. You’re welcome with my permission to make any changes/renovations to your needs. The location is pretty remote with gorgeous views. Not too far from a main paved road (about 800ft) on a dirt but well maintained road. Very easy access. Lots of parking for cars and trucks.
