Set back only 1 mile off the Radium Springs exit and i25 in Southern New Mexico is this unique 1 acre property completely landscaped with a mountain-view backdrop. This property has many features including several pergolas / gazebos, walking paths, fountains, a full-size bocce ball court and an RV spot with full hook-ups. I developed this space this property to host gatherings up to 75 people for events such as retreats, parties and weddings ceremonies using the outdoor stage as an altar. The 3/2.5 bath home itself can also be rented out to those needing overnight accommodations. There is plenty of parking for film crew and use of half bath for changes along with kitchen. Film crew may use power supply and garage for production purposes as well.
