1965 desert homestead on 5 acres of rocky desert land. The house sits toward the back quarter of the lot offering a lot of free space on the 5 acres. Natural landscape with unused government land wrap around the other side offering long sweeping views. Land backs up to the Copper Mountains which contain old copper mines. The property sits high on a gentle slope to a shallow valley which allows for vast desert valley views. There are roughly 300 degrees of mountains. The lot is very quiet and serene.
