About the Space
Charming N. Tustin home recently remodeled with open floor plan and beautifully designed kitchen. Lots of space to accommodate film crew. Large, manicured property with many separate spaces for unique photo/film opportunities. Pool, fountain, covered cabana, bar and bbq, front porch with swing and white picket fence, 2 garages for production crew and kraft station. Restored 1973 International Scout available for photos/film. One day film shoots including commercials, infomercials and photoshoots preferred. Manager available on site during shoots. Dani and her husband were very enthusiastic, caring location hosts. The home is beautiful and offers a variety of looks that a production will be happy with. They were very relaxed with us and let us do our thing and didn't obsess over the time. We would be happy to shoot there again.

This is a beautiful home with several lovely spaces to film in and a gracious and helpful host. We filmed primarily in the living room and dining room and it was great to have so much space for the camera and gear as well as a beautifully set table for a family holiday meal. The kitchen is gorgeous as well. The open layout of the home is a wonderful feature and there was so much outdoor seating it made for a great holding area for talent as well as plenty of space for the lunch break. The host was accommodating and helped answer any questions. It was also nice that there was a large side driveway to park most of the cars so we didn't have to impact the neighborhood as much although the neighbors seemed friendly. The only layout thing to be aware of is that the only real access point for gear is through the front door as the back access is on gravel and entry is through a small door anyway. Honestly a beautiful home with so much variety available in a quiet friendly neighborhood. I highly recommend.
