Conveniently located off the 605, 60, and 10 FWY in the city of Pico Rivera. The studio/warehouse is 1700sq.ft. photo/video studio that has a living room/lounge area , 1 bathroom, makeup station and a wardrobe area. 2-Wall CYCLORAMA 12'x11'. Purposely located 11 miles east of the 710 FWY away from the DTLA hustle and bustle. We have dedicated studio front parking for 6 cars or 4 large vehicles. Included: wireless internet, 10' wide rolling door, 1 Cyclorama, 12ft. wide Brick wall with multi color backdrops, grips with (6) full size C-stands, sandbags, (1) steamer and wardrobe racks. Also, Apple boxes, scrims and many other amenities.
