The studio is a perfect location for photo & video shoots, headshots, commercial and fashion, e-commerce, product, and food shoots. It is a great working space. THE STUDIO INCLUDES: - Cyclorama wall studio 20’W x 18’W x 16’H - Working space/lounge area - Kitchenette station with coffee machine and kettle - Backdrop area with 107" wide seamless paper in white, black, and gray - Digital blue/green screen chromakey - Closing rack and steamer - Fitting / changing area - 1 restroom - WiFi - Bluetooth Speaker - RGB Pre-Lit for an additional charge of $250 per day - Car fee inside the cyclorama is $250 The studio has natural lights, which can be blocked. Pro lighting, photo, video, and sound equipment can be rented for an additional price by request for a separate cost. Please ask for Add-ons to see the list of equipment and additional services and crew. One of the managers will be at the location to explain the details. There are a lot of food options in the area and the Costco store is just around the corner. There are Poke and Sandwich cafes right by the studio. Laguna Beach is 15-20 minutes away and your shoot can be arranged with the beach access. There are also beautiful parks around and close to the Great Park of Irvine. The studio has a motion control robot on the location. It is available for rent by request. No one is allowed to touch it without the notice of the managers. Absolutely No Alcohol, No Smoking, No Drugs, No Firearms.
