The studio is a premier location designed for high-end productions utilizing a motion control robot. Equipped with all necessary setups for robotic filming, it is the perfect space for photo & video shoots, commercials, fashion, e-commerce, product, and food shoots. THE STUDIO INCLUDES: Motion Control Robot available for rent (by request only; no unauthorized use permitted). Cyclorama Wall Studio (20’W x 18’D x 16’H). Podcast Space ADR Room (Automated Dialogue Replacement room for professional voice recording). Brick Wall Entrance House Set Siding Wall Entrance House Set Two 8x4 Walls for Rent (can be repainted upon request). 8x8 Stationary Green Screen Wall (larger green/blue screens available upon request, or the cyclorama can be repainted for a fee). The front side of the studio (lounge area) has natural light, which can be fully blocked if needed. LOCATION & AMENITIES: A variety of food options are available in the area, with Costco store, Poke, and Sandwich cafés nearby. Laguna Beach is 15-20 minutes away, and we can arrange shoots with beach access. Beautiful parks and the Great Park of Irvine are also in close proximity for outdoor shooting options. IMPORTANT RULES: NO Alcohol, NO Smoking, NO Drugs, NO Firearms. The Motion Control Robot is available only by request; unauthorized handling is strictly prohibited. For additional services and crew support, please request the Add-ons List. A manager will be on-site to provide assistance and ensure smooth operation.
