The house is located in the valley of Sand Canyon in Santa Clarita. This 4,081 square foot country home on 2.75 acres is surrounded by mountain views and open space. There are horses, alpaca, goats and chickens as well as a large vegetable garden. There are three horse stalls and a medium size arena in the back of the property.The home has a 800 square foot living area with 18' foot tongue and groove ceilings and open beams. The white country kitchen with wooden counter tops and brick backsplash is large and open. The home is decorated with large live edge furniture- including an 8 foot dining room table, 2 high back chairs, a 7 foot high back couch, coffee table, end table, 4 bar stools and a large mirror on the wall. There is a breakfast nook with a built in seating booth and table. The master bedroom has lodge poll furniture and a 2 person sauna. Upstairs is a studio with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, office and living space. There is grass in the front yard and large, open areas of dirt. The property also has three100 year old oak trees that shade the property. One oak tree has an old tire swing and a wooden swing. The front of the home has a large black, ornate metal 2 panel gate that opens to a long driveway. The small brick front porch leads to 8 foot double, wooden tongue groove doors.
