About the Space

Darling mid-century era single family home built in 1946. 969 sqft. Lot is 6251 sqft. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. 1 car garage. In neighborhood across the street from the high school. Smaller loft off living room (no pictures) that is over the garage. Loft is finished with built in desk and shelves. Finished attic that is more of a crawl space and we use for storage but is still 2 large rooms. Large deck that we like to call our “party deck.” Large backyard with above ground pool. We recently had a short filmed at our house and the producers said our backyard is great for filming because there’s a lot of room. Multiple different fruit trees on property including front yard. We get a lot of light during the day.
