LARGE open professionally decorated living, dining and kitchen space. Primary bedroom downstairs. Climatized sunroom overlooks lush fenced backyard. Dedicated office downstairs in addition to office upstairs which would be great for production use. High ceilings. Natural Light. Hardwood floors all throughout downstairs. Surround sound setup on main floor with bluetooth capability Beautiful, hidden driveway great for shooting content. Home is less than a mile from Publix, Starbucks and many necessities but still feels like you are on a retreat!

This house was perfect for our project, it's spacious and provided us with a number of different sets, plus rooms for production support and ample parking on the long driveway. Sabrina the host was great: communicative, helpful and very easy to work with. I'm glad we found this location and I'll be adding it to my list of favorite residential spots for future shoots!
