About the Space

If you've been inside a typical CrossFit gym before, then you likely know what our space looks like. It's a warehouse building converted into a gym. There is a lobby with two bathrooms in the front of the gym and about 5,700 sq.ft. of training space in the back. The ceilings are about 20' high with fluorescent lights. The walls are painted dark grey and the floors are covered with 6ft x 4ft rubber black mats.
