NOTE: Extra charge of $75 to heat the hot tub for 3 hours or $480/day. Sorry, it's expensive but the gas is crazy high and it uses propane. The jets are free. No parties. There is a whole-house filter for clean water and a reverse osmosis for the best drinking water. We also recently added a water softening system.
