A warm, design forward creative space in Pico Robertson designed with comfort, connection, and flexibility in mind. Originally created as a therapy and wellness space, Kincove is especially well suited for wellness events, workshops, trainings, meetings, photo and video shoots, content creation, and intimate gatherings. We also welcome anyone looking for a cozy, thoughtfully designed space for a creative or professional use. The layout includes a large reception and library lounge, group room, family room, private rooms, kitchenette, and restrooms. Furniture can be moved and rooms can be adapted to fit different setups and uses. Accommodates up to 80 guests, depending on setup.

What an Incredible space!! I threw a small gathering as a thank you to my community and it was so perfect! Sophia was lovely--so nice and efficient! Communication=Stellar, The Venue=Welcoming, Warm, and Beautiful, Parking=Easy It's such a versatile space, I'll definitely be back!!
