To ensure the comfort of your clients, renting our studio means it will be reserved only for your session. You will be required to set up the production space for your own needs and design and return all furniture, props, and lights when finished. Rental time begins and ends at the scheduled time. This includes set-up and clean-up time, please keep in mind when booking. • Your rental is based hourly. To avoid an overage, You must be packed up and off the property at the scheduled time to avoid being billed an extra hour. • If you finish early, there are NO refunds or credits. If you are late, time will NOT be pushed. You may request an additional hour and is only approved if available. • You are responsible for leaving the space as you found it! That means placing trash in trash bin, Extension cords/ lights / moving set walls must be placed back to original location.
