Creative studio available for shared use — ideal for anyone looking to host small community events, get focused work done, run photo/video shoots, or do arts & crafts. I’ve already hosted one community event here that did extremely well and plan to continue hosting more. I’m an independent creative and simply looking to offset costs as the space has grown.
