This is a creative studio near North Vancouver auto mall and Lower Lonsdale with 12-foot ceilings, exposed beams, large windows which allows an incredible amount of natural light. There is one bathroom, a small kitchenette (without sink) and a lot of open space. The studio includes a small entrance space on the first floor and the main space upstairs. The space is all about colours, patterns, and texture so you will see a beautiful and fun variety of wallpaper, murals, changing floral installations and decorative items and furniture. There is a large colourful wall with dried floral bar, a beautiful French mantle, mirrors and lots of funky plants and neon lights. There is also a selection of vintage and antique pieces such as typewriter, phones, ladder and etc. that add so much value and excitement to the space. Furniture, plants, and certain styling props can be rearranged if needed. Your rental also includes: • Multiple sets of furniture as pictured • 2 hand painted fabric backdrops 10 tall x 6' wide (one stone washed cream and one dark grey) extra charge please inquire) • studio light kit (at extra charge please inquire) • - 2 light stands (extra charge please inquire first) • Camera gears for both photography & Videography (extra charge please inquire first) • Phone tripod with ring light • Free wifi • Google home + Spotify • living room • Kitchenette with Nespresso + fridge Our studio is also conveniently located close to some awesome bakeries and cafes and breweries IMPORTANT: We've found that 90% of bookings require a minimum of 3 hours based on feedback thus far.
