About the Space
Craftsman style home with mid-century decor. Mountain and city views. Circular Driveway leads to gorgeous home nestled in the Monrovia Hills. Mountain view northwards,cityscape to the south. Bright entry opens to foyer, formal dining room, cozy fireplace in living room, step-down family room with recessed lighting, high ceiling and wood-trimmed French doors on three sides of the walls. Kitchen has an island with stainless steel appliances and it opens up to a large deck located above the garage. The two story part of the home was built in 2009, and the original part of the house was built in 1950. Spacious back yard with pool and multiple gathering areas is perfect for entertainment, retreats, fitness classes, and more.

Tony is an excellent host! He was great at communicating through the entire process, including the days leading up to our event. This house is beautiful, especially the backyard area. It’s in a very peaceful neighborhood with great views, all of our guests were really impressed with the space. Tony even helped us set up for our event. I highly recommend this space!
