Craftsman home on 5 acres with lush woods. Set down from street, very private and secluded, but only 12 minutes to Issaquah and major stores. This is a perfect location for any woodland scenes. Feel like you're in the middle of nowhere with a large lawn for staging, power and water close by! Interior filming currently only on 1st floor of home. Beautiful Kitchen/Great Room Open Concept floor plan. White Kitchen with quartz island and great room with floor to ceiling windows and view of valley and mountains. ***Note: Rates Vary Depending on project details - Woodland/Outdoor scenes $40/hr minimum 4 hours. Interior scenes $80/hr minimum 4 hours. Property has acres of woods with trails. Fog machines permitted. We have a rope swing and trampoline available for use. Also available is our 40 foot 5th wheel trailer with 3 slide outs. Available for filming or crew use for an additional fee.
