About the Space

Welcome to our cozy and updated home located in the highly secure neighborhood of Westfield, IN. The bunk room with an XBOX 360 will surely delight the kids, while moms can enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, gas grill, and waffle bar. Relax and appreciate the tranquil, tree-lined streets, as well as the convenient proximity to grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and fast food options. This space is ideal for both short and long-term stays, providing all the comforts of home. With a washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, two smart TVs, waffle bar, complete set of linens, and a two-car garage, all you need to bring is your suitcase! You'll have full access to the entire space during your rental period, and we encourage you to make yourself at home. Please note that there are outdoor security cameras located at the front and back of the home to ensure your safety. In terms of sleeping arrangements, the master bedroom features a day bed with a twin trundle and a bunk bed with a twin over full configuration. The maximum occupancy of 9 guests assumes 2 guests in the full bed. Please be aware that we do not provide air mattresses or sofa beds. For reservations longer than 27 days, a separate lease agreement is required. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a document to sign. After completing the document, you will receive check-in information. We want to ensure your stay is as enjoyable as possible.
