This 100 year old "surf cottage" is as quiet and rustic as it gets. While it is small and quaint, it is also full of character and on a larger 10,000 square foot lot. There is a large 5,000 square foot open area that can be used for events/parties or anything you can imagine. The long driveway can hold about five cars, with additional street parking and rentable dirt lots less than a mile or so away for larger productions. The house itself is small and cozy, with a surfer/beach type of vibe to it. Mainly used as a vacation rental but the property and land can be used for a plethora of events or shoots.
