    Barbara was a very helpful and accommodating host! I definitely recommend this space for any professional crew.

    The place is lovely and spacious and there is plenty of street parking but contrary to what we were told and what we thought we witnessed at a scout (definitely partly our fault) the audio quality is not best for interviews. It is right next to the freeway and despite two sound walls, we had to pause constantly for large and loud vehicles. Other than the sound issue, Barbara is a delight and the place has a lot of character and looked perfect for our job!
