Sanitized, cozy, charming, unique house with a pool. Centrally located. Perfect for film shoots and photo shoots. Endless street parking and very nice neighbors. Spacious and beautiful guest house also available at extra cost. 4 big courtyards and a large breezeway on the property. Great for catering or storing equipment.

The place is lovely and spacious and there is plenty of street parking but contrary to what we were told and what we thought we witnessed at a scout (definitely partly our fault) the audio quality is not best for interviews. It is right next to the freeway and despite two sound walls, we had to pause constantly for large and loud vehicles. Other than the sound issue, Barbara is a delight and the place has a lot of character and looked perfect for our job!
