About the Space
Available immediately for film and photo shoots, this home offers a class American feel from the exterior and a modern bohemian interior. Front yard opens up to a beautiful tree-lined street and a brick lined driveway. Garage doors on either side of garage space that open through to the grassy backyard complete with a patio. Backyard also features a lemon tree, hot tub and small patio dining table. Interior is a well lit 2 bed/2 bath with one of the bedrooms set up as a home office. Master bedroom is bright, open, well appointed mid-century/farmhouse and has a carpeted floor. The office space is bright and graphic with hardwood floors. The large living room has a bohemian feel, wood floors, an oversized chaise sofa and features a stylish hanging chair. The modern kitchen is bright white and has a comfortable breakfast nook. Street has ample parking for crews. The tree in the front yard is the most glorious sight. Please come shoot your project here.
